Spend your beach trip at Boardwalk 782. The beach vibes will be yours in this 7th floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 7 people. When you want to kick back and relax lounge in the cheery living room which has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading to the private gulf-front balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a nice family meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and 3 people can sit at the breakfast counter.

The primary bedroom which also has access to the beach front balcony has a comfy king size bed and the primary bath has a tub shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin and a full size bed and there is a 2nd full bathroom which also has a tub/shower combination. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

Monthly rentals available November - March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. . This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

The Perfect Beach Escape

This is the perfect spot for a family! The view is spectacular. The whole condo is pretty active, with lots of families, but you still have privacy. The absolute best part is the proximity to the actual water, 3 minutes tops, from walking out your door, catching the elevator and toes in the ocean. We were able to go back and forth to the room to grab sandwiches and more drinks, easily. It was so great to not need to carry a giant cooler to the beach. A small one was perfect. The amenities are nothing fancy and that's why it was 100% perfect for our family. We didn't have to fret over dragging sand in. All the appliances worked great and having the washer and drier made our life so much easier! You can cook if you want, or walk to a variety of places to eat. We only got in the car when a first day Wal-Mart trip was necessary. Host was super responsive to pre-trip questions. The beach here seemed less crowded than even on the other side of the Sea & Suds restaurant. We fell in love with Gulf Shores on this trip and will choose this place again! - Reviewed on Airbnb
