Edgewater 41 is located directly beach front and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located in Gulf Shores the condo is only minutes away from the islands best dining shopping and local attractions. The east corner location is perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee! This 4th floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo will be perfect for making beachside memories. The living room décor will get you in the beach state of mind and allows a perfect view of the gulf from the floor to ceiling windows. The balcony is enclosed and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so you can feel the salt air if you choose. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table.

Feel right at home in the primary bedroom's king size bed. You also have access to the gulf front balcony through sliding glass doors. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom you will find 2 twin size beds and there is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you need additional sleeping area there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

There is a full-size washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. A maximum of 2 parking passes are permitted and this condo does not allow monthly rentals.

No smoking is permitted. No pets Allowed. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo.
