You will enjoy spectacular sand and surf views from the private balcony of this 6th floor elevator accessible condo.

This low density building is easy walking distance to local restaurants festivals and to State pier. With an outdoor pool and plenty of space to grill and picnic your family will enjoy the shaded swings or sunny white beaches.

This light and bright condo has been renovated with ceramic tile floors walk-in shower new cabinetry granite countertops and well-stocked dishes utensils and cookware. The bar area provides additional dining and food prep space. A washer/dryer unit is easily accessible in the unit.

In addition to inside/outside beach views the living area includes amble seating with a sleeper sofa 60-inch HD television and Blue-ray DVD player. Free unlimited WIFI is throughout the unit. Each bedroom is furnished with cable-enabled HD televisions. A limited number of movies books and games are available.

Monthly stays are available Nov to March 1. Due to space parking is strictly limited to 2 cars. With the exception of holiday and special event weekends where parking is limited to 1 pass per unit. This smoke-free property is missing only thing is You
