Relax with the cozy coastal vibes in the living room which features a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen television. Enjoy dolphin watching from the living room with the large sliding doors which open to the warm coastal breezes. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances crisp white cabinetry and marble countertops. The dining area table seats six guests comfortably. --------

Once the sun goes down the primary bedroom awaits with a comfortable king size bed wall-mounted flat screen television and gulf front balcony access. The attached primary bathroom features a single sink vanity and a luxurious large custom tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen television. The shared guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a combination bathtub and shower.

Phoenix I 1022 also has a stack washer and dryer inside the condo as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout for convenience. The gulf front balcony provides extra dining option with a bar height table and four chairs.

Boundless amenities await you at Phoenix I. Enjoy several pools including a large outdoor solar heated swimming pool plus kiddie pools with splash pad water features. Challenge your guests to a match in the indoor racquet ball courts or the indoor tennis courts. There are also outdoor lighted tennis courts for an exciting nighttime match! Relax and unwind at the end of the day in the sauna or one of two hot tubs. You will also find a picnic area with tables grills and a gazebo as well as a fitness room.

Parking passes are purchased at the property. The total cost per pass is $55.00 and are valid during the duration of your stay.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Monthly rentals are available from November through March 1st. Guests of Phoenix I must obtain wristbands at the front desk in the lobby. There are no additional costs associated with the wristbands.
