West Side Cottages unit B is a beautiful 4-bedroom 4-bathroom beach cottage. The living area offers a large wall-mounted flat screen television and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four while an additional four can dine at the kitchen counter. The open floor plan allows your friends and family to mingle and watch TV on the 65 inch flat screen no matter where they are! The fully-equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry custom tile granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a large wall-mounted flat screen television. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large wall-mounted flat screen television. This cottage comes with a full size washer and dryer conveniently located inside the house.

This home is located across from the lagoon front outdoor swimming pool! Guests must park under the house in the assigned area or risk being towed at owner expense.
